The employers were always fair, there were never problems with payments or anything like that, but very often they were too strict. For a summer worker, my opinion the job conditions aren't that pleasant, the managers are too strict, there are many rules, which makes all of the employees a bit frightened. All in all, my experience is neutral, seeing as when all the negatives are put to side, they were always fair, which is the most important fact when it comes to an employer.
